How do I contact my closest Gecko Logistics Group depot?

How quickly can pickups and deliveries be made?
If Gecko Logistics Group is contacted in the morning, arranging your transport requirements is easy and can usually be transported on the same day.

What if I’m not too sure what vehicle I need?
Not a problem! If you provide one of our office staff with the relevant information, they can assist with arranging the most suitable vehicle for your transport requirements.

What types of vehicles does Gecko Logistics Group provide?
Our fleet of fully equipped vehicles includes tilt trays, tilt semi’s (semi-trailers), side loaders, HIAB equipped vehicles, drop deck trailers, low loaders and multi configuration trailers.

How do I pay for the service provided by Gecko Logistics?
Our preferred method of payment for transport services provided for once off customers is credit card, we accept MasterCard and Visa. If preferred, EFT or Direct Deposit can also be organised on request.
For our existing customers, we have an invoicing system set up where all accounts are payable within 30 days of the transport service provided.

What areas do you service?
Our vehicles mostly service anywhere within the Perth metro area. However, when requested, transport services are also provided to the WA’s regional areas including The Pilbara, Great Northern, Central and Eastern Goldfield and The South West.

What types of freight do you transport?
At Gecko Logistics Group, we have transported almost everything you can think of. We specialise in the transportation of agricultural and farming machinery, excavating and earthmoving machinery and engineering machinery. From light machinery to heavy machinery, we can assist. We also specialise in sea container (all sizes) transport and most types of portable buildings. Does Gecko Logistics have insurance and necessary qualifications?
Absolutely. All of our drivers have current licenses and hold EWP tickets. We have Certificates of Currency for Public Liability, Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle and Marine Transit Insurance along with several accreditations and permits – including wharf clearance – to ensure we can provide hassle free transportation for our customers.

Are you able to collect a container from wharf or rail?
Yes. Gecko Logistics Group drivers hold a MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) and can access the restricted zones other companies may not. As our drivers have been PN Rail and Aurizon inducted, we regularly collect freight from various rail depots.

Will Gecko Logistics Group pick up machinery or freight from residential properties?
We will pick up freight from any residential location within Perth. If our vehicles can access the property, we will arrange transportation of the required freight, using the most suited vehicle and providing you with a high level of customer service.
