New Fleet Additions, Festive News and more

Dear Valued Customers and Friends

Welcome to our December 2013 Gecko Newsletter!

2013 has been a tremendously eventful year!  Recently, Nelson Mandela (President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999), the anti-apartheid revolutionary, politician and philanthropist passed away; Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, welcomed their son His Royal Highness Prince George Alexander Louis into the world; We experienced a record-breaking heat wave and high winds across south-eastern Australia which produced some of the worst fire conditions seen in the country, with blazes destroying thousands of hectares of land and threatening properties, but thankfully sparing lives.

Here at Gecko Logistics Group, we’ve had an eventful and extremely busy year also! We’ve welcomed new staff members to the team, expanded our fleet as well as our customer base, improved our systems, introduced our Gecko Newsletter and continued to deliver superior service through communication with our customers. On top of that, we went the extra step to ensure we are found on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and will be launching our new website within weeks!

It’s difficult to believe another year has flown past and from what I’ve heard from our customers, its set to be an even bigger year in 2014! The general sentiment throughout our customers is definitely positive and upbeat!

We’ve been busy with the event season upon us and customers requiring our services. To make sure your needs are met and clientele kept happy, the Gecko Logistics Group team will continue to work over Christmas and New Year – with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, ready to assist with your transport requirements.

The New Year will see us strive to improve our processes and service even more,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Gecko Logistics Group, for their passion and dedication to the business and its customers. Thanks also to Monkey Logic, who continue to organize and distribute our Gecko Newsletter to our ever-growing database.

And finally, a sincere THANK YOU to our loyal readers and each and every customer. It is your ongoing support, positive feedback, referrals and choosing Gecko Logistics Group to for your specialized transport requirements throughout the year that allows us to prosper in a sometimes difficult industry.

I wish you all a happy, safe Christmas and spectacularly successful New Year!
